Today is going to be a great day. Know where I stand behind the chair. Came into work , had three clients waiting. My assistant was consistantly late,today was no exception. Where was she? she of course was stuck in traffic, and I was happy to see all my friends that I worked with. It was 9:00 a.m. in the morning, the day after St. Patricks Day. I had on my books 3 colors, 8 cuts and two weaves. It was a full day that ran smoothly, even if clients ran late or early. The models were starting to parade through the shampoo area, to show off their styles, beautiful. Where was Elizabeth? I really don't like doing my own shampoos, something about it just didn't set the tone right. Finally she came through the back door. Certainly after I did a shampoo, and found a stylist willing to share their assistant. everyone who worked in the salon had an assistant. they were as booked as myself. Several came from the salon I started at in Fullerton's, Christopher Salon. We worked well together, everyone so talented! I was in Heaven, my only complaint was that I worked long hours. I owned rental properties in Orange County, lived at the beach, life was good. Tonight I would have dinner in one of the nicer restaurants in Newport Beach. Wanted to wear my new outfit and be flirty and fun! today would be the beginning of the end.
